Private Sailing Tour to Cyclops Islands from Catania

This is Private 6 hours sailing experience (from 10am to 16pm). The boat will be reserved just for you and your guests. We will cruise through the Gulf of Catania, see the Etna and Catania by the sea, sailing along the Coast of the Cyclops, swim in front the Ulisse's Grotto. At Lunch time we will go first in front the medieval Castle of Aci Castello, then we will stop the boat in front of the Faraglioni Rocks near the natural reserve "Isole dei CICLOPI", there you can go dive or snorkeling renting the equipment (Extra option) or have fun swimming around the sailboat in that crystal waters. In the while time we will prepare the lunch on board to let you enjoy a typical sicilian menu prepared on board from our sailor chef. At the end we will set the sail to go back to Catania port and we will provide some sailing notions or we can continue with the party on boat.

Started already with the friendly and fast answers per What's App to clarify details about the booking. Booking and reservation went easy online. Arriving at the port, we could park in a secured location, in front of the pier.
We were greeted by Captain Ivan and after the short formalities where on board the boat.
He explained us a lot about the island, the mythology, the geography and the Volcano Etna.
We had a easy ride to the Cyclops Island with many stops (as many as we asked for) to swim and enjoy the water. We had a nice lunch with a Tomato Mozzarella salad and fresh cooked pasta with tomato sauce.
Ivan always made sure the kids were well and safe and was really nice to them as well.
Towards the end, already on the way back, we spotted some dolphins and we were able to follow them for a while and take many pictures and enjoy the view. We then sailed back to the marina and said our good byes to the amazing crew. When we are back to Sicily, we'll definitely book again and hopefully will meet Ivan again!
The tour was very relaxing and catered to everyone's individual needs. 4 of us were able to take a smaller boat (that Beppe pre-arranged for us) to snorkel and explore a nearby nature reserve. He also helped our older parents get comfortable and helped them get in and out of the boat for a swim in the sea.
Beppe had some great stories of his travels and also knew a lot about the area. He entertained us throughout the trip and made it extremely memorable. Andrea worked extremely hard throughout and cooked a delicious lunch.
I would highly recommend booking a tour with Sicilian Sail, their boats are beautiful, and their captains are the best we've encountered anywhere in Italy.
