This is a 3 hours sailing experience (from 10-13am). You will learn the basics of sailing. We will see the Etna and Catania by the sea, sailing along the Coast of the Cyclops, swim in front the Ulisse's Grotto. Learn the basics of sailing and cooperate to steer the boat togheter. We will let you enjoy the vibes of the silence, from the wind and the ocean. Then we start  the party enjoing wine/prosecco with sicilian aperitif on boat.

What To Expect
Sicilian Sailing Tours
Our Sailing club member experience is focused on respect of nature, sustainable lifestyle and sailing knowledges. An exciting sport activity of new experiences and discoveries. The yacht we rent is fully equipped and meets all standards of comfort and safety. First we will show you around the sailboat, start introducing you to the basics of sailing, the winds and the ocean. When we will be ready for departures we will sail along the volcanic coastline of Catania, here fire meets water and creates a fascinating scenery. All the member of the crew should cooperate on the sailing and the sport activities. On the while time you will learn not only sailing technic but also stories about Catania and tales of Greek mythology, many of which took place here. Last but not least you have the chance to take a swim near the Ulisses Grotto or the Cyclops Riviera and cheers with a glass of prosecco altogheter. After the sail we head back to the harbour and enjoy our goodbye drink.

At Ulysses’ Caves you can have the first swim of the day.These caves were formed in a beautiful lava cliff overlooking the sea. The colors of the backdrops are gorgeous, from dark blue, to green, to light blue.

Such a beautiful morning spent exploring on the water. Ivan and Yanira were amazing, so personable and quick to recommend where to go. We were unable to put the sails up b/c there wasn't wind but it didn't matter, we all had a lovely time. The drinks and snacks were delicious. And this is a wonderful trip to go on as a solo traveller and meet a small group of people. Thanks Ivan and Yanira!!! xo

A truly fantastic experience I'll never forget! We enjoyed an incredible morning sailing on beautiful blue waters, stopping for a divine swim in an idyllic location, and enjoying an exceptional lunch of mouthwatering appetisers and Prosseco. It was a dream!
What made this experience even better was Ivan's deep knowledge of the local history, which provided some fascinating insights into what we were seeing during our sail.
An amazing crew, a perfectly planned trip, a beautiful modern boat, and an unforgettable experience...I cannot recommend this wonderful tour highly enough!
